When you contact us we collect the details you give us: your name, phone number, email address, the address of the job and a description of the work. We do not collect payment card details through this website.
How we use it
We use your details to reply to your enquiry, quote for the work, arrange an appointment and keep a record of work carried out for guarantee purposes. We do not sell or share your details with third parties for marketing.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not lead to work are deleted within twelve months. Records of completed work are kept for six years so that we can honour guarantees and meet our accounting obligations.
Cookies
This site uses only the cookies needed to make pages work. We do not use advertising cookies or sell browsing data.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email us and we will respond within one month.
